FAQ

Questions we are asked first.

Is Olympus Consultancy a call centre?

Yes. The company runs call centre work and also takes that work on as an outsource. Inbound calls, outbound contact, customer support and live chat sit on the same desk in Sofia.

How do you contact the customer?

By the channel the account needs: a phone call the customer starts, an outbound call, live chat on the site, or a virtual assistant working remotely. Foreign language service is available when the conversation is not in the company’s first language. Support can be covered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Do you handle debt collection calls?

Yes. The debt-collection desk follows up outstanding or past-due payments for goods and services. Amounts differ from account to account. Each contact stays on the balance it concerns, and the call can be recorded and reported.

What is an inbound request?

An inbound request is contact the customer, or sometimes an employee, starts. A help desk answers it, keeps a note, and hands it on only when another person has to finish it.

Can the work be outsourced completely?

Yes. The call centre can remain inside your organisation, with Olympus Consultancy supplying people and method, or the queue can be taken on entirely. Virtual assistance is the remote form of that cover.

How do we see what is happening?

Agent availability shows who is free, busy, away or offline. Call notification marks work as it arrives. Recording and report analytics show volume and the subjects that repeat, so the operation is visible while it is running.

Where are you based?

The mailing address is Sofia 1000, Triaditza Region, 9 Pozitano str., floor 1, shop 15/Bulgaria. Country: Bulgaria. District: Sofia (capital), Municipality: Stolichna.

How do we start, or apply to work with you?

Use the contact form. A client brief and a career note both come to the same desk. There is no separate login.
