Services

Contact work, taken on properly.

The services are the parts of a customer operation that Olympus Consultancy can run or join: the call centre itself, the recovery of overdue payments, inbound help, day-to-day support, remote assistance and live chat.

Agents handling calls in a bright office

Call centre

A call centre is a central desk for inbound and outbound calls from current and potential customers. It can sit inside the client’s organisation or be outsourced to a company that specialises in handling calls.

Olympus Consultancy takes that desk on with experienced staff, a view of who is available, and a record of what was said. The aim is a fast response that can still be reported afterwards.

Inbound requests

An inbound call is one the customer starts. A help desk handles inbound contact as well, and some of those calls come from employees rather than buyers. The request is logged, answered, and passed on only when another person truly has to take it.

Customer support

A customer service agent is the person on the call or the chat who helps with the issue in front of them. Support here means staying with that issue until there is an answer, and leaving a note the next person can use.

Live chat

Live chat agents answer while the customer is still on the site. It is the written form of the same help desk: a real-time reply, not a ticket that waits until the next morning.

Virtual assistance

Virtual assistants cover call-centre tasks from outside the client’s own floor: customer service, technical questions, sales calls and the follow-up those calls create. The work is remote. The standard is the same as a desk in the room.

Debt collection

A debt-collection desk pursues outstanding or past-due payments. The debts may be for different goods or services, and the amounts are not all the same. The contact is firm, recorded, and kept to the account in question.

Foreign language service

Customers do not all arrive in one language. Foreign language cover lets the same support continue when the conversation has to move, instead of ending at the first sentence.

24/7 customer support

Round-the-clock cover is there so a queue does not close because the office did. Nights and weekends are staffed as part of the service, not as an exception.

Reporting

Call notification, call recording and report analytics sit beside the conversations. The business can see volume, availability and the subjects that keep returning.
